Greek Berry Yogurt Parfait

Greek Yogurt Parfait

It’s the same bowl of cereal. The same piece of toast. The same thing, day after day, it seems or the normal south Indian breakfast like dosa, puri ect. That’s why I love mixing it up with these delicious Berry Yogurt Breakfast Parfaits for a grab and go breakfast on the run. If you are anything like me, you are rushing out the door as fast as possible and thinking about breakfast is pretty much the last thing you want to do.

Every single morning is a race against the clock. Trying to get two kiddos up, dressed and out the door by 8 am is a battle in itself.  Boy, oh boy, is it usually a battle. oth my son and daughter  usually laying in their bed refusing to get out of bed. Once out of bed they refuses to exercise and get   dressed. Once dressed refuses to have breakfast. South Indian Filter Coffee

South Indian Filter Coffee

Puddles began pinking as the rainfall became heavier. What a perfect climate to enjoy a cup of freshly brewed filter coffee

Right off my heart, let me tell that I purchased, “Varieties of Briyani” cookbook to win the heart of my husband as newly married wife. I can still visualize his looks when I prepare Mutton Briyani for his first birthday as newly married couple in 2002 and the words he said was,”Not like how my mother make”, but its ok!! Feeling disappointed I completely stopped preparing Briyani as I could never get s satisfying respond from my hubby. Either the texture of the rice is soggy or grainy.

While browsing through my food album, I made a pause at the Hyderabad Biryani folder and kept looking at the pictures and wished if someone could make this for me right now. Chicken Biryani is a delicious savory rice dish that's loaded with spicy marinated chicken, caramelized onions with various Indian spices and fl…
