When I don’t understand a particular dish, I make it. How else would I figure out the flavors of something like Thai yellow curry? For the past couple of minutes I'm just staring at the blinking curser on my computer screen hopping to find sentence from my mind but its kind of freezed  today. These days my mind is completely jammed - just wants to relax and enjoy the summer to its maximum before the kid's vacation is over. I deliberately stayed out of the kitchen and end up cleaning the house instead . Hurrah!!! Finally I managed to clear off my laundry-all neatly washed , ironed and folded. I spent the rest of the afternoon rearranging photo albums and looking at  pictures . I also love this because its also a chance to show others just how easy it is to turn the day into an explosion of laughter, games and heart-felt memories! It’s also a great time to enjoy the amazing flavors of summer food!  These delicious Grilled BBQ Chicken Legs are the ultimate cookout dish for any summer gathering.
