Minty Fried Mini Iddiles
Usually most of the kids loves to enjoy many types of dishes with different taste esp colorful in presentation. My son is not a great fan of idly at all. I have add his favorite mint chutney as the sauce for prepare this finger-licking evening snack. Will be back with another recipe soon. Happy cooking and have a great time with loved ones..see ya!!!

Serving Size:4

2 cups of steamed mini iddles
1 large onion finely chopped
1 medium tomato finely chopped
1tbsp ginger garlic chillie paste
1tsp mustard seeds
1tsp cumin seeds
1tsp channa dal
few sprig curry leaves
salt to taste
1tsp chili powder
1tbsp light soy sauce

Ingredients for Mint Chutney:
1/2 cup mint(pudina)
2 dried red chillies(dry)
1tsp mustard seeds
2tsp urad dal
1tbsp tamarind juice
salt to taste
1tsp hing powder

Preparation Methods:
