Minced Chicken With Red and Green Chillies

Minced Chicken With Red and Green Chillies
As I was laying awake early morning  sipping a cup of steaming coffee thinking about my teenage life back in my hometown. It's something beyond my imagination..we should cherish those beautiful moments. Getting up early in the morning, quarter to five, taking a quick brush and face-wash   water in a backpack, don the track pants  and out strolling through nature's bounty.Newspaper vendors with loads of paper on their motorcycles make their rounds. Sometimes they can hardly be seen because the newspapers cover their headlights. They take some risks riding around like this, but I suppose they are used to it."Walking alongside the canal brings you to numerous scenic locations. The way the sunlight hits the buildings; the outline of the magnificent constructions. The friendly faces and the great bargains offered down the path.Alas, when I feel lazy from all that walking, I will plop down one of those benches nearby and stare, appalled at the beauty of it all. Everything moves around you, while you stay stationary, the rest of the world continues ahead. It leaves you in a peaceful moment and longing for's time to stop. Perspiration has made its appearance finally, and the empty stomach demands attention. A few quick snacks and a mouthful of water does the trick, and one is on the way back from a journey that promises to never end, though end it must, as all things do.

We all live for something and marriage changes everything.I guess that's life.I got all these moments here too but it's so different..Out of sudden my brain was screaming at me-"Hey lady stop your imagination and get back to reality."Hmmm getting up from bed and sitted comfortably infornt of my pc ready to post a recipe...what I have for today is a recipe which I prepare very long long??? Clueless!!!Okay, raise your hand if you die hard fan of chicken and 'm always experimenting with different flavors and combos. If you are tired of your same old chicken recipes, try out this fragrant, easy chicken dish from the Taste of Saras Kitchen will wake things up in your kitchen.
