Try it, you'll definitely like it .This is one of those dishes you stumble upon that are too good to keep to yourself. Eggplant is sauteed, then coated in a spicy sweet sauce. It is simple and delicious! I'm sure you'll enjoy this!"

2 long Chinese eggplants, cubed
1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp white sugar
1 green chile pepper, chopped
1 tsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp chili oil
2 tsp salt
2 tbsp vegetable oil
