Doesn't this snap makes you to grab your pots and pan to start cooking? Oh yeah sure it does isn't it guys??? I have being trying to post this mouth-watering chicken recipe but has always being interrupted by something. Simple and fast..just the way I like-a spectacular culinary feast for entertaining friends and family.



Ingredients:
Serving size:5

1 kg boneless chicken
1/2 cup fresh curd
3tbsp ginger garlic paste
1/2tsp chilli powder
1/2tsp cumin powder
1/4tsp turmeric powder
1tsp cardamom powder
3tbsp freshly squeezed lemon or lime juice
1tsp freshly squeezed orange juice
1tbsp coriander paste
few drop of food color
oil or butter for blasting

Preparation Methods:
Cut chicken into 1-inch cube pieces.Grill for 8-10 minutes or until done, basting once with oil. Mix all spices with yogurt and beat well.Marinate chicken in the mixture.Preheat the grill to medium. Spiced Long Beans I’m back! I know I've been gone longer than usual and I’m sorry for that, but the past few days have been difficult and busy to say the least. Without going into too much detail.. This recipe is a quick and easy side vegetable for many Asian themed meals. The last time I made it, served it alongside with Shrimp curry-a fav of my fussy eater.Actually I wanted to prepare Sambal long beans but ended up with tis. Anyway the taste was good and my fuss eater finished up her plate before anyone...a good sign rite...

Ingredients Serving Size:4 1 cup chopped long beans 2tbsp ghee 1tbsp freshly grated ginger 1tbsp freshly chopped red or green chillies 2 cloves of crushed garlic 1tsp mustard seeds 1tbsp crushed coriander seeds 1/2tsp fenugreek seeds 1/2 cup thick coconut milk chopped coriander leaves
