Serving Size:4
Ingredients

For Grinding
1 cup curd well beaten
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup chopped shallots
5 garlic cloves
a small ginger
5 curry leaves
1tsp fennel seeds
1/2tsp peppercorn
5 dried chillies
1/2tsp turmeric powder
1tsp toor daal soak in hot water
1tsp salt

Blend the above mentioned ingredients to a smooth mixture and keep aside.

1 cup diced vellai poosinikai
5 shallots crushed
5 curry leaves
1tsp mustard seeds
1tsp cumin seeds
1/2tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp chillie powder
salt to taste

Preparation Methods:

Coat a non-stick pan with 2tbsp oil and add mustard seeds. Once the seeds starts to crack add cumin, curry leaves shallots. Saute for 5 minutes followed by the diced poodinikai with turmeric and chillie powder.
Let the manages saute really well in the spice for about 15 minutes. Then pour in the gridded mixture. Bring it to boil-adjust the level of taste and remove from flames. Serve hot with steaming plain rice.

Pepper Prawns

IngredientsGrind to paste:
Serving size:4
5 shallots
3 garlic cloves
1 small ginger
1tsp fennel seeds
2 curry leaves
a little salt

Grind all the ingredients into a fine paste and keep aside.

1lb prawns
1 large onion chopped
4tbsp pepper powder
1 bay leave
1 small cinnamon stick
3 cardamom pods
3 cloves
1tsp mustard seeds
1 cumin seeds
3 curry leaves
5 shallot
1 capsicum diced
1 tomato diced

Preparation Methods:
Coat a pressure pan with 1tbsp ghee and add the prawns,grind paste and salt. Pressure cook to about 5 whistle.Keep aside.Heat a wok with 2tbsp oil and saute whole spice, curry leaves and chopped onion until tender. Meanwhile in another bowl add the diced shallots,capsicums,tomatoes and 1tsp pepper powder with 1tsp of olive oil. Micro-wave on high for 3 minutes and keep aside. Add the prawn and the remaining pepper powder and sdark soy sauce to the wok. Once the mutton is well coated in the spice mixture- add the micro waved ingredients and saute well. Ingredients
Serving Size: 4

1 big cauliflower broken into small floret
1 large onion chopped
2 tomatoes chopped
1/4 chopped shallots
6 dried chillies
1 coconut grated
1/4tsp mustard seeds
1/2tsp cumin seeds
5tsp coriander seeds
1/4 cup coriander powder
1/4tsp turmeric powder
1tsp poppy seeds
1 small cinnamon stick
3 cloves
2 cardamom pods
2tbsp ginger garlic paste
few curry leave sprig
salt to taste

Preparation Methods:
Add 2tsp oil in a heavy bottom wok and once it's heated sautes chopped shallots for 2minutes followed by coriander seeds for 1minutes followed by dried chillies,curry leave,ginger garlic paste,coriander powder,cinnamon stick,cloves and cardamon pods. Saute them till golden brown,. Finally add the grated coconut and saute for about 2 minutes making sure that the grated coconut doesn't burned.
