Tofu Bonda

1 cup of tofu (bean curd)
1/2 cup of finely chopped onions
1/2 cup of finely chopped tomatoes
3tbsp of chopped coriander leaves
3 curry leave chopped
1tsp of garam masala
1tsp of chillie powder
1/2tsp of turmeric powder
6tbsp of chickpea flour
3tbsp of all purpose flour
Oil for deep frying
Salt to taste
Preparation Methods:
In a large bowl add the chopped tofu with salt,chilli powder,garam masala and turmeric powder.Micro-wave the mixture on high for 5 minutes and let it cool. Mash the tofu into a smooth mixture.
In another bowl add all the remaining ingredients expect oil,mix well. Then add the mashed tofu
and mix well. Divide the mixture into ping pong ball size. Heat the oil on a medium flame and deep fry the tofu bonda golden brown..Serve hot with any hot sauce of your choice.
