Grilled Masala Chicken


Serving Size: 6

6 chicken drumsticks

Grind paste:
5 shallots
3 garlic cloves
a small ginger
1tbsp chillie powder
1tsp garam masala
1tsp chicken masala powder
1/2tsp turmeric powder
1tsp fennel seeds
2tbsp crushed tomatoes
salt and pepper
2tbsp olive oil

Preparation Methods;
Grind all the ingredients for the paste into a fine paste and marinate the chicken drumsticks overnight in the fridge. Grilled the chicken for 350° C for 40 minutes or until golden brown or you could deep fry them.
