Vegetable Pulav


Serving Size:4

1 cup chopped mixed vegetable ( carrots,long beans,green peas any vegetables you prefer)
1 cup basmatic rice
1 onion, thinly sliced
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
2 cups water
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
salt to taste
chopped coriander leaves

Preparation Methods:
In a large pan heat oil over medium heat and saute onions and cumin until onions are tender Rinse the rise several times and drain well. Add the rice to the pan with the onions and pour in the 2 cups of water. Stir in salt, garam masala and vegetables.Transfer to rice cooker.Serve hot with chopped coriander leaves..Tasty vegetable pulav is ready for your tummy..

hello mam,first time here.nice,lovely space u have..i too make veg pulao.i add whole spices instead of garam masala pwd.will replace and try this next time:)DO visit my blog at ur free time..thankx in advance..
