
Broccoli Stir Fry
Broccoli is a part of the cabbage family which is usually green in color and arranged in tree-like fashion on branches sprouting from a thick edible sturdy meaty stalk which also closely resembles cauliflower.
There are three types of broccoli:
Sprouting broccoli, Romanesco broccoli and Purple broccoli which has the shape of a cauliflower.
It has high values in vitamin C,K and soluble fiber which is usually boiled or steamed, but may be eaten raw and has become popular as a raw vegetable

1 packet frozen or whole broccoli florets
1tbsp chillie flask
1tbsp minced garlic
1 onion chopped
2tbsp crushed tomatoes
1tsp gram masala
1tsp mustard seeds
1/2tsp cumin seeds
1tsp urad daal1/2tsp garam masala
1/2tsp turmeric powder
1tsp sesame seeds
chopped coriander leaves
