Serving size:4
Ingredients :1 cup umpa rava2 green chillie finely chopped
1 onion sliced thinly
1 cup water
1 cup milk
salt to taste
Seasoning 1tsp mustard Seeds 1tsp urad dal 1tsp channa dal
1tsp turmeric powder 1tsp hing powder 3 curry leaves Preparation Methods :Dry roast upma rava for few minutes and keep aside.Heat oil in the same pan and add all the seasoning ingredients.Add chilies, ginger & onion fry till translucent.Add salt,milk,water & let it come to boil at which point add the rava gradually. Keep stirring and making sure that lumps are not formed while stirring.Simmer the stove,cover and let it cook for 5 minutes.

Ingredients

1/2 cup chopped red apples peeled and cored
5 strawberries chopped
1tsp cinnamon powder
1tbsp honey
1/2 cup apple juice
2tbsp hot milk
2tbsp brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar
1/4tsp salt
1 cup wheat flour
1/2 cup rice flour
1tbsp butter

Preparation Methods
Boil all the ingredients in a large sauce pan expect the wheat and rice flour for 10 minutes. Once it's cooled blend into a smooth mixture.In a large bowl sift the wheat flour and rice flour. Make a well in middle of the flour and pour required amount of the blended mixture and knead the mixture into a smooth dough. Pour the remaining mixture into a bowl and keep aside.Sprinkle some flour to a board and roll out the dough in a circular shape evenly.Cut out the dough using a cookie cutter of any shape u like(I'm using dinosaur shape cutter for my recipe).

Heat a heavy based frying pan or griddle on a medium heat. Place the chapati on the griddle and brush the remaining mixture on the chapati on both sides.Tur…
