Serving Size:4
Ingredients

1lb cauliflower florets
1/4 diced tomatoes
1/4 diced capsicums
1/4 diced shallots
1 small onion chopped
3 cloves garlic minced finely
2tsp grounded pepper
2tbsp rice flour
1tsp garam masala
1tsp chillie powder
1tsp turmeric powder
2tbsp curd
1tsp chicken curry masala
1tbsp tomato paste
1[4 cup tomato puree
salt to taste
1tsp mustard seeds
1/2tsp cumin seeds
1tbsp sesame seeds

Preparation Methods:
Boil the cauliflower with 1/2tsp turmeric and salt for about 5 minutes. Drain and keep aside.


In a large bowl add the chillie powder, 1/4tsp turmeric powder, garam masala, curd, rice flour ,salt and pepper -mix them well. Add the boil cauliflower and marinate for about 2 hours.
Coat a frying pan with 2tbsp of oil-add the mustard seeds. Once it starts to crack- add the cumin and sesame seeds. Then add minced garlic and onions. Let the onions saute well. Serving Size:4
Ingredients
1 sheet frozen pastry
3 eggs beaten very well
1 onion finely chopped
1 tomato finely chopped
3 cloves garlic minced finely
1tsp grounded pepper
1tsp chillie powder
1tsp garam masala
1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
1 chicken sasuage finely minced
salt to taste

Preparation Methods:


Cut the pastry sheets into 8 even rectangle shape. Coat a frying pan with 2tbsp oil and add the mince garlic. Once garlic release it's frangent add onions,tomatoes. Saute them well until they become translucent. Now add the minced chicken sausage and pour in the beaten eggs with all seasoning spice and fry till the chicken becomes tender. Finally add the chopped coriander. Remove fro flame and keep aside. Grease a oven proof dish and preheat the oven at 350° C.
Take a spoonful of the mixture and place in the cetre of the cut pastry sheets. Fold the pastry into halve and press the edges with a fork. Place the puffs in the greased dish and bake for 15 minutes or until th…

Serving Size:4
Ingredients

1 cup chopped Chinese cabbage
1 small onion finely chopped
1 small tomato finely chopped
3 clove garlic finely minced
1 small ginger finely minced
1tsp pepper powder
1tbsp chillie flasks
1tsp garlic powder
Chopped coriander leaves for garnishing
Salt to taste


Preparation Methods:
Coat a frying pan with 2tbsp of oil. Infuse the oil with chillie flasks, pepper and garlic powder. Add the chopped onions, tomato, garlic and ginger. Sauté them for 5 minutes. Then add the chopped chinese cabbage-frying till the cabbages are tender. Adjust the level of salt and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
