Stuffed Mirchi Bajji

Recently I went for Deepavali to Dallas to visit some of friends. In our family friend Rama anna's home he gave us Stuffed Mirchi Bajji for snack.. It was supper hot and very yummy and my hubby fell in love with the snack immediately and was asking me to try that for evening snack at home. This dish is originated from India and served as a evening snack - a mouth watering dish loved by all -a local favourite and variety of hot chillies peppers are deep fried with batter made from besan flour and rice flour. Rice flour gives the crispness to the snack when fried. Various stuffing could be used to prepare this snack but I'm using left over potato masala as stuffing for my snack. Anyway I'm trying this recipe for the first time after my trip and it came out really very well....the taste was superb and everyone appreciated my effort in trying this recipe as I don't really take much spicy food.I'm preparing two type of batter for this recipe...
