Potato Sausages

Potato Sausages


2 cup of boiled and mashed potatoes
1/2 cup boiled green peas
1 small onion grated
1cup cornflour
4 bread slices
Oil for deep frying
1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese
2tbsp freshly chopped parsley
Salt and chilli powder to taste

Preparation Method
Mixed together the potatoes,green peas and onions. soak the bread slices in water for 10 minutes. Squeezer out the water,crumble them and add to the potato mixture.
Add 1/2 cup of cornflour and knead till the dough is smooth.

Roll the dough in the remaining cornflour. divide the dough into small portions and form them to sausage shaped pieces.
Heat the oil in a deep pan, gently put the sausage in it and fry them till they are slight browned. Sprinkle the cheese and parsley. Serve hot

Masala Bombay Toast

Masala Bombay Toast


4 slices of white bread
4 eggs
2tbsp of sugar
1/4 cup of milk
1tbsp of heavy cream
1tbsp of pancake mix
2tbsp of finely chopped onions
2tbsp of finely chopped tomatoes
1tsp of chopped green chillies( remove the seeds)
1tbsp of finely chopped coriander leaves
1/4tsp of turmeric powder
1/4tsp of gram masala
1/4tsp of chillie powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation Methods:
In a large bowl blend all the ingredient expect the eggs and bread. Mix them well,break the eggs one by one whisking the mixture at the same time. Arrange the bread on a tray and pour the egg mixture coating them well on both side of the bread.
On a medium flame heat the griddle,spray some non-stick cooking spray toast the dipped breakon the griddle till cooked well on both side of the bread.

Stuffed Dinner Rolls or Buns

Stuffed Dinner Rolls or Buns

Serving Size: 4

1 Packet of Frozen dinner Rolls or Buns
2 slice cheese cut into small even squares

For the stuffing
2tbsp of finely chopped onions
2tbs of finely chopped tomatoes
1tbsp of shredded cabbage
1/2tbsp of chopped capsicum
1tbsp of shredded carrots
2tbsp of shredded cheddar cheese
2tbsp of crushed Lay's hot Flaming Chips
1/4tsp of garlic powder
3tbsp of ranch sauce
2tbsp of olive oil
1/2tsp of Mrs.Dash Seasoning Table Blend
Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation Methods:

Pre heat the oven to 350°. Bake the frozen dinner rolls for about 30-45 minutes or until golden brown.In a large bowl blend in all the stuffing ingredients together well.Slit the dinner roll across but not cutting into half. Spread some butter to the roll and scope 1tbsp of the stuffing spreading across the roll and place the cut cheese on the roll.

Bake again for another 5-10 minutes.
