Masala Egg Dosai

1 cup of dosai batter
1tbsp of finely chopped onions
1tbsp of finely chopped tomatoes
1tsp of finely chopped coriander leaves
1tsp of shredded carrots
1/2tsp of turmeric powder
1/4tsp of chillie powder
1/4tsp of grama masala
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation Method:
In a bowl beat the egg,onions,tomatoes,coriander leaves and carrots. Then add all the spice ingredients. Whisk the mixture well.
Heat the iron griddle or non-stick tawa on mediu, flame. Pour a spoonful of batter into the tawa, spread with the back of the spoon to a thin round. Pour the egg mixture onto of dosai and apply 1tsp of ghee.Turn over and cook the other side.
Mouth wateering Masala Egg Dosai is ready. Serve hot with any chutney of ur choice

Rolled Chapati with Scramble Egg

4 Chapatis
2 eggs
2tbsp of finely chopped onions
2tbsp of finely chopped tomatoes
1/2 tsp of finely chopped chillies(remove the seeds)
1tsp of ranch sauce
1tbsp of finely chopped lettuce leaves
salt and pepper to taste
3tbsp of shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation Methods:
Place a non-stick frying pan,add some oil. Fry the onions,tomatoes,chillies and lettuce leaves. After 5 minutes add salt,pepper and cheddar cheese.

Heat the chapati in oven for 10s seconds.Spread the ranch sauce on the chapati and scoop 2tbsp of the cheesy eggs onto the chapati.
