Vanilla Cup Cakes

2 cup all purpose flour
1/2tsp salt
2tsp baking powder
1/2 cup butter. softened
2 cup sugar (accordingly to individual taste)
2 eggs
1 cup hot milk
1tsp vanilla essence

Preparation Methods:
Line 24 muffin pans with paper liners. Preheat oven to 350° C degrees. Sift flour,salt and baking powder together into a bowl. Keep aside. In a separate bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Slowly add the eggs and beat well and alternately add the flour mixture and milk , beating well after each addition. Finally add the vanilla essence. Pour the batter into the prepared pans and bake for 20 minutes. Once cooled sprinkle with confectioner's sugar or cover with your favourite frosting.

Could also add some strawberry to these cup cakes too.
1 cup chopped strawberry marinated with 2 tbsp honey. 2tbsp strawberry jam and 2tbsp brown sugar for 1 hours and stir into the batter before pouring into the muffin pans.
