Spicy Chicken Noddles

Spice Chicken Noodles

Serving Size:4

1lb cooked angel hair pasta
1 cup diced chicken breast
1tsp finely minced ginger
1tsp finely minced garlic
½ cup chopped onions
¼ cup diced carrot
¼ cup chopped chinese cabbage
¼ cup diced tofu
2tbsp soy sauce
2tbsp pepper powder
2tbsp crushed chillie flasks
½ cup hot water or stock (optional)

Ingredients for soup base

1 large yellow onion rough chopped
1tsp salt
1tsp garlic powder
1tsp pepper powder
1tbsp Mrs. Dash seasoning blend
2 cups of water
In a large sauce pan boil the above mention ingredients for 5 minutes and blend to a smooth mixture once cooled. Keep aside.

Preparation Methods:
Coat a large non-stick wok with 2tbsp oil and add the chillie flask minced ginger and garlic. Let it sauté well in the oil. Then add the chopped onions-fry till it becomes translucent. Now add all the vegetable and chicken breast and cover with lid. Let the meat and vegetables in cook for about 5minutes. Remove the lid and add the seasonings and pour in the soup base. If you find the soup base too thick- thin it with ½ cup hot water or stock or else leave it as it. Finally add the pasta and bring to boil. Adjust the level of salt and serve hot.
