Spinach with Daal

Spinach is a green, leafy vegetable is known as a rich source of iron and calcium,a relatively high level of iron, compared to other vegetable and meat sources. Everyone knows that the cartoon character Popeye The Sailor Man-most kids favorite show consume spinach to gain physical strength but it's not that popular among kids especially mine....In order to make them eat spinach I cook it with moong daal or toor daal in a form of sambar but not exactly. It is aslo know as Palak Daal. I normally like to add both daal in preparing just plain in daal.
