Rava Upma

Ingredients :
1 cup umpa rava
2 green chillie finely chopped
1 onion sliced thinly
1 cup water
1 cup milk
salt to taste

1tsp mustard Seeds    
1tsp urad dal         
1tsp channa dal
1tsp turmeric powder
1tsp hing powder          
3 curry leaves    
Preparation Methods :
Dry roast upma rava for few minutes and keep aside.Heat oil in the same pan and add all the seasoning ingredients.Add chilies, ginger & onion fry till translucent.Add salt,milk,water & let it come to boil at which point add the rava gradually. Keep stirring and making sure that lumps are not formed while stirring.Simmer the stove,cover and let it cook for 5 minutes.
