1lb cauliflower florets
1/4 diced tomatoes
1/4 diced capsicums
1/4 diced shallots
1 small onion chopped
3 cloves garlic minced finely
2tsp grounded pepper
2tbsp rice flour
1tsp garam masala
1tsp chillie powder
1tsp turmeric powder
2tbsp curd
1tsp chicken curry masala
1tbsp tomato paste
1[4 cup tomato puree
salt to taste
1tsp mustard seeds
1/2tsp cumin seeds
1tbsp sesame seeds

Preparation Methods:
Boil the cauliflower with 1/2tsp turmeric and salt for about 5 minutes. Drain and keep aside.

In a large bowl add the chillie powder, 1/4tsp turmeric powder, garam masala, curd, rice flour ,salt and pepper -mix them well. Add the boil cauliflower and marinate for about 2 hours.
Coat a frying pan with 2tbsp of oil-add the mustard seeds. Once it starts to crack- add the cumin and sesame seeds. Then add minced garlic and onions. Let the onions saute well. Meanwhile in another bowl add the diced shallots,capsicums,tomatoes and 1tsp pepper powder with 1tsp of olive oil. Mirco-wave on high for 3 minutes and keep aside. Add the marinated cauliflower and saute for 10 minutes foll wed by adding tomato puree,paste, pepper powder, remaining turmeric powder and 1tsp chicken curry masala.Let all the spices combine well with cauliflower. Finally add the capsicum mixture and remove from flame.Garnish with chopped coriander leaves..This recipe goes really well with any spicy rice variety like fried rice.

great recipe Saraswathy...it was very spicy for me and my husband, but still the curry was not enough for both of us!!!
