Fruit Chapati

1/2 cup chopped red apples peeled and cored
5 strawberries chopped
1tsp cinnamon powder
1tbsp honey
1/2 cup apple juice
2tbsp hot milk
2tbsp brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar
1/4tsp salt
1 cup wheat flour
1/2 cup rice flour
1tbsp butter

Preparation Methods
Boil all the ingredients in a large sauce pan expect the wheat and rice flour for 10 minutes. Once it's cooled blend into a smooth mixture.In a large bowl sift the wheat flour and rice flour. Make a well in middle of the flour and pour required amount of the blended mixture and knead the mixture into a smooth dough. Pour the remaining mixture into a bowl and keep aside.Sprinkle some flour to a board and roll out the dough in a circular shape evenly.Cut out the dough using a cookie cutter of any shape u like(I'm using dinosaur shape cutter for my recipe).

Heat a heavy based frying pan or griddle on a medium heat. Place the chapati on the griddle and brush the remaining mixture on the chapati on both sides.Turn over and cook the other side. The chapati may puff up. Flip over cook the first side again. Serve with hot melted ghee or butter brushed over one side of the chapati.
