For the batter
1/4 cup all purpose flour
2tbsp rice flour
1tsp chillie powder
1tsp salt
1 egg white beaten well
1/2tsp garam masala
1lb fish quartered
1/4 diced tomatoes
1/4 diced capsicums
1/4 diced shallots
1 small onion chopped
3 cloves garlic minced finely
2tsp grounded pepper
1tsp garam masala
1tsp chillie powder
1tsp turmeric powder
2tbsp curd
1tsp chicken curry masala
1tbsp tomato paste
1/4 cup tomato puree
salt to taste
1tsp mustard seeds
1/2tsp cumin seeds
1tbsp sesame seeds
1 cup vegetable oil
Preparation Methods:
In a non-stick frying pan, pour 1 cup vegetable oil and shallow fry the fish pieces. Drain and keep aside.
