Chinese Cabbage Chillie Fry

Serving Size:4

1 cup chopped Chinese cabbage
1 small onion finely chopped
1 small tomato finely chopped
3 clove garlic finely minced
1 small ginger finely minced
1tsp pepper powder
1tbsp chillie flasks
1tsp garlic powder
Chopped coriander leaves for garnishing
Salt to taste

Preparation Methods:
Coat a frying pan with 2tbsp of oil. Infuse the oil with chillie flasks, pepper and garlic powder. Add the chopped onions, tomato, garlic and ginger. Sauté them for 5 minutes. Then add the chopped chinese cabbage-frying till the cabbages are tender. Adjust the level of salt and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
