Soup Noddles

Noddles is one of the easiest dish to prepare...a favorite item of just love me sure to finish the bowl in any minute. One of my son's favorite dish..Very simple fast recipe.

Soup Noddles


1 cup of Angel Hair Spaghetti
1/4 cup of chopped tofu(beancurd)
1/2 cup of mixed frozen vegetables
1 small onions finely chopped
1 tomato finely chopped
1/2 cup of shredded lettuce leaves
1/2tsp of garlic powder
1tsp pepper powder
1tsp of Mrs Dash Seasoning Blend
1tsp of soya sauce
1 egg
1/4 cup of milk
11/2 cup of water or stock
Salt to taste

Preparation Methods:
Boil the spaghetti and tofu in a large pot of salted water for 10 minutes. Drain and keep aside.
In a large wok add 2tbsp of oil,add the chopped onion,tomato and salt. Fry for 5 minutes,add the frozen vegetables and let it cook for about 3 minutes. Pour in 1/4 milk and water. Let it boil for some time. Break in the egg slowly stiring,then add the noddles with tofu to the soup. Once the noddles are sofen add in the chopped lettuce leaves.
