Rolled Chapati with Scramble Egg

4 Chapatis
2 eggs
2tbsp of finely chopped onions
2tbsp of finely chopped tomatoes
1/2 tsp of finely chopped chillies(remove the seeds)
1tsp of ranch sauce
1tbsp of finely chopped lettuce leaves
salt and pepper to taste
3tbsp of shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation Methods:
Place a non-stick frying pan,add some oil. Fry the onions,tomatoes,chillies and lettuce leaves. After 5 minutes add salt,pepper and cheddar cheese.

Heat the chapati in oven for 10s seconds.Spread the ranch sauce on the chapati and scoop 2tbsp of the cheesy eggs onto the chapati.

Roll the chapati as you will do for spring rolls and pre heat again the rolls in oven for another10 seconds.. Serve these yummy cheesy rolls hot with tomato sauce..Your child would definitely clear their doubt in it..
