Potato Sausages


2 cup of boiled and mashed potatoes
1/2 cup boiled green peas
1 small onion grated
1cup cornflour
4 bread slices
Oil for deep frying
1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese
2tbsp freshly chopped parsley
Salt and chilli powder to taste

Preparation Method
Mixed together the potatoes,green peas and onions. soak the bread slices in water for 10 minutes. Squeezer out the water,crumble them and add to the potato mixture.
Add 1/2 cup of cornflour and knead till the dough is smooth.

Roll the dough in the remaining cornflour. divide the dough into small portions and form them to sausage shaped pieces.
Heat the oil in a deep pan, gently put the sausage in it and fry them till they are slight browned. Sprinkle the cheese and parsley. Serve hot

hey!! loved this one.Made this for sat breakfast and used "besan" instead of corn flour.It still was tasty and crunchy.My son liked it to...considering its hard to make him even try something I guess I just have to try couple more times.Wld definetly try it out again and since its such a quick snack that gives two thumbs up...:)
