Chicken Egg Rolls


Egg Rolls
1 cup of minced chicken breast
1/2 cup of shredded cabbage
1/2 cup of shredded carrot
1/2 cup of cooked vermicelli
1tbsp of minced garlic
1tsp of soy sauce
1tsp of pepper powder
Salt to taste
Egg wash-mix 1tbsp of water with a egg yolk
2 cup of oil for deep frying

Preparation Methods.
In a frying pan,add 2tbsp of oil and add all the ingredients expect the egg rolls and egg wash. Stir fry the mixture til the chicken is cooked. Adjust the level of salt. Keep aside

Spread 2tbsp of the mixture across wrapper, 3 inches from bottom corner, to form a 4-inch log, leaving a 1 1/4-inch border at each end. Fold bottom corner over filling, then fold in side corners and roll up , brush seams with egg wash mixture to seal.
Heat a heavy wok on medium flame,pour the 2 cups of oil slowly place the chicken egg rolls slowly. Fry til the rolls turns golden brown. Serve hot with chilli or tomato sauce.
